I’ve led business development, sales, marketing, and education, and helped launch tens of millions of dollars in new product. I’ve sat with founders, investors, and leadership teams through fundraising, acquisitions, turnarounds, and exits.
What still matters most hasn’t changed: picking up the phone, listening closely, asking the question that doesn’t fit yet.
That’s why I started Ponderosa — to work directly with founders at the point where a good product still needs a market.
